New Zealand, Fiji, and Australia celebrate first. Not so sure about the whole time thing, but if New Years Eve is tomorrow night at midnight here in NY is it already tomorrow there, are they celebrating now?
Oh and it's winter here and summer there. Can't even imagine doing New Years on the beach. But I guess I don't have to travel as far as Australia (but any excuse to go would be great!) for the beach on New Years.
