I DID IT!

Thursday morning, Thanksgiving Morning, my sister, brother in law, niece and nephew, and myself all took part in the Annual Turkey Trot race in Flemington, NJ. My sis stayed with my niece, 7, and my bro in law stayed with my nephew, 5. Happy to say they all finished the race with an appropriate blend of walking and running!
Me, on the other hand, I ran the entire thing. The whole 5k (3 miles), in the cold, up hills, down hills and I never stopped! Now, I do work out but I am not a runner but I did great and can't wait to do more and longer races!
Just wanted to share my accomplishment!
